Zachary's Pastry Shoppe is a family owned and operated small business. Husband and wife Beckie and Dan Raymond, together with Beckie’s sisters Nancy Mosher and Connie Mosher, are the owners. Dan is a 1984 Culinary Graduate of Schenectady County Community College and has worked in the baking field since 1978. Dan provides experiences from various places within the Albany, NY area as well as NYC and The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing NY. Beckie is a 1981 Culinary Graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Beckie has also shared her experiences by working at the Sagamore Resort as well as in NYC and Boston, Mass. Nancy Mosher and Connie Mosher bring their experiences from working for many years in the management and corporate worlds before opening the Pastry Shoppe in 2004. Zachary's Pastry Shoppe started off with just the 4 of us plus 2 other staff members. Presently, we staff 12; 15 if you count Beckie and Dan’s 3 sons, Matt, Kris and Nik!
