We are professional creators of pastries and cakes both exotic and traditional. Our specialty is delicious and elegant wedding cakes.

History
At Zachary's Pastry Shoppe we have a combined forty years of experience in the restaurant industry. The original Zachary's first opened its doors in October of 1991. The owner/operators at the time were Dan and Beckie Raymond, a husband-and-wife team. In the time that we did business in North Albany, we generated a loyal following in that neighborhood. 
Our customers were overjoyed to find that we had re-opened in east Rensselaer in June, 2004. Today, as always, Zachary's is a family-owned and operated business.
